Madonna just flaunted her pink her on Instagram and ® Nicki Minaj

If you’re looking for a hair makeover don’t think of highlights like golden-honey, mahogany or even red. The real colour to sport is pink. Just take a cue from the hottest names in celebdom who took to this shade stylishly. Pop star Madonna has just debuted her pink hair on her Insta account and fans love it. The shade is also a hot fave with a bunch of other stars like Gwen Stefani and Kaia Gerber. Would you take to it, too? Take a look and decide…

Ariel Winter: ‘Modern Family’ star Ariel Winter switched into cute mode as she flaunted her pink hair on Instagram in a series of pictures this September. Dressed in a miniskirt and tee, she captioned the series of pics with the words: 'Served you up some cotton candy’.

Ashley Benson

‘Pretty Little Liars’ actress Ashley Benson went in for the bubblegum pink look this year, too and just a few days ago, she showed off bright strawberry highlights when stepping out for coffee on the heels of reports of a romance with singer G-Eazy. Dressed in skinny jeans, T-shirts and boots and of course a face mask, she left her hair loose, showing off her new shade.

If the Queen of Pop, does something, it’s sure to be trend-setting. For singer Madonna is known to create fashion trends (remember her corset a la ‘Vogue’? or even her peroxide-blonde crop in ‘Papa Don’t Preach’?) Well, she’s creating a buzz again for a new look. Madonna has just debuted pink hair and it drew a bunch of reactions. She posted: “Feet?? What do I Need you for when I have Wings to Fly?” ? #fridakhalo"

Nicki Minaj

She’s the star of hair transformations for Nicki Minaj has rocked almost every bold hue – orange, neon green and dip-dyed green blonde, bright yellow and even purple. But perhaps the ‘Trollz’ singer has worn pink the most. She rocked pink mermaid waves, a pink-yellow candy-shaded updo, tight high-piled up curls in a wig and in the long, crimped style. Minaj had even taken a break from social media and this February, she broke that hiatus with guess what? Pink hair! Clearly, her go-to look.

January Jones

This February, ‘Mad Men’ actress January Jones also took to Instagram to share her pixieish baby-pink highlights. And she apparently did that on her own. She shared her photo in her hair over a month ago and wrote, “What a difference a day makes,” along with a pink flower emoji. It’s not the first time January has tried out pink hair – she flaunted ‘cotton candy’ streaks in 2012 and also sported the hue in 2018.

Ashlee Simpson

Last Halloween, Ashlee Simpson went in for ‘pumpkin pink’ hair that was said to have rose gold and bronze and her stylist Riawna Capri uploaded the look on Insta, much to fans’ delight. The soft shade was considered perfect for Fall season.

Julianne Hough

Stars also had their own quarantine look – for some it was a pixie-bob, for others bangs. Actress and dancer Julianne Hough opted for a dip-dye ombré pink look in May that went perfectly with her blue eyes. She shared two selfies in her look and captioned her photo: “Fairy Kitten vibes today ??‍♀‍?” Julianne kept the roots natural, making it a safer look to try.

Whilst her ex, Henry (Philip Boyd - In-Lawfully Yours), still has feelings for her, single mom, Stephanie (Sarah Lind - Hidden Truth) has fallen deeply for Jameson (Robb Derringer), a widower with a teen son. After a romantic proposal, which she says yes to. Stephanie receives a terrifying phone call from someone who threatens to abduct her daughter. Caitlin (Dylan Raine Woods), unless she breaks off the engagement. Despite this Stephanie goes ahead and marries Jameson and just the two of them go on a romantic honeymoon together. But when they return Caitlin is abducted and Stephanie. Desperate to find her daughter, takes matters in to her own hands. But what she learns doesn't make sense as the kidnapper is actually on her side.

Let me get straight to the point, Eve of Abduction (Cuoc Choi Sinh Tu). Which is also known as "My Little Girl Is Gone", is both obvious and different, and routine. How can that be? Well we have an abducted child storyline and anyone who watches TV movies will believe they know what is going to happen with Stephanie taking matters in to her own hands. But then we get something different. A little bit clever as it turns out the kidnapper is actually doing what they are doing to try and protect Stephanie. It's an interesting set up. And one which leads us to question of who is behind it and there area few suspects. Including the teenage son's high school friend who when he meets Stephanie you can read his teenage mind.

But about half way through and "Eve of Abduction" changes direction. And it is all about what the kidnapper is trying to protect Stephanie from. This is where things become a little more routine and certainly a lot more predictable as the movie build to a dramatic ending. Well I say dramatic but in truth I have seen better and as is often the case there is that additional happy ever after scene tagged on to the end.

And to be honest everyone in this plays their parts quite nicely be it Sarah Lind as Stephanie or C.J. Valleroy as that teenage friend of the son. It is because everyone is so effective you find yourself doing the suspect dance and every time you think you are sure you begin to wonder whether maybe, just maybe it is that other character or what seems obvious will end up with a twist. Now in fairness these characters are not great. Basically they are as forgettable as the majority of characters in made for TV movies are. And the actors generally are good looking, a little too good looking to be believable. But they certainly draw you in to the action movie (phim hanh dong trinh tham).

What this all boils down to is that "Eve of Abduction" ends up an entertaining made for TV movie with an interesting take on a child abduction storyline as it combines it with a twist which changes the direction of the movie.

Adam Sandler is a beloved figure, even when he pumps out kind-of-awful movies. But he balances those types of films out with the occasional turn in a genuinely good movie – like the recent Uncut Gems, or in Paul Thomas Anderson‘s fantastic Punch-Drunk Love. Anderson’s film is the gold standard for “good Adam Sandler performances,” but according to the Sandman himself, he was very nervous about taking the role. In a recent interview, Sandler revealed that after watching Anderson’s Magnolia. He grew worried that he was going to “ruin” Punch-Drunk Love.

Adam Sandler is not exactly known for his dramatic work, but in 2002 he earned some of the best reviews of his entire career when he appeared in Paul Thomas Anderson’s Punch-Drunk Love. To be clear, Punch-Drunk Love is a comedy – but it’s a dark comedy, and not at all like the type of comedies Sandler usually makes. It was a somewhat risky idea, but it paid off in the end.

However, it took some convincing. During a recent interview on the SmartLess podcast. Sandler recounted how he ended up in the film. Tom Cruise plays a supporting role in this story, as Cruise – having just worked with Anderson on Magnolia – is the one who first told Sandler that Anderson wanted to make a movie with him. As Sandler tells it, he met Cruise when Cruise’s then-wife Nicole Kidman was hosting Saturday Night Live. Later, Cruise called Sandler up and, as Sandler tells it, said: “I’m doing a movie with my friend Paul, and he’s interested in doing a movie with you. Can I put him on the phone?”

Paul was, of course, Paul Thomas Anderson. “Paul was very nice, and he says, ‘Hey, I loved Billy Madison,'” Sandler said. “And I was like, ‘Okay, thanks,’ but I didn’t know who he was”. At that point, Anderson asked if it was okay if he wrote a movie for Sandler. Sandler eventually agreed. However, he was still unfamiliar with Anderson’s work. And then Magnolia came out. Here’s what happened next, according to Sandler:

Quote:“But then, honest to God, it was like 11 in the morning, and I had nothing to do, and Magnolia just came out, and I said, ‘I think this is that kid’s movie. I’m going to go see that.’ It was sold out, and I was in the front row, and I was looking up at it, and I was fucking terrified, and I was going, ‘Oh this guy is fucking better than me. I don’t want to be in this. I’m going to ruin his movie! Holy shit!'”

Sandler immediately called up Anderson and told him he couldn’t do the movie, but Anderson drove over to Sandler’s house and walked him through the script, and won Sandler over. “I always said I could do this, but this was too much. But he talked me through it, and he made me comfortable,” said the Sandman. And the rest is history.

About six months ago, Disney+ introduced various collections of The Simpsons episodes with some recurring themes that have appeared over the years. There’s a collection of episodes following the family taking various trips, another collection featuring all of their sports-related antics, and even a collection of episodes that contain the frequently surprising prescient predictions that the show somehow made, such as Disney buying 20th Century Fox and Donald Trump becoming president. However, the one that was frustratingly missing was a collection of all the Halloween-themed Treehouse of Horror episodes. Thankfully, that has changed this month.

Disney+ has announced that The Simpsons Treehouse of Horror collection is now live in their streaming library. Including all 30 Treehouse of Horror episodes from over the years. It’s all part of their their new Simpsons Forever marketing push that they’re using to remind you that there’s nearly 300 hours of The Simpsons available on Disney+.

Now you might be asking yourself. If all 31 seasons of The Simpsons are now available on Disney+. Then why are there only 30 episodes of the Treehouse of Horror? That’s because the Halloween tradition didn’t begin until the show’s second season, and they’ve done it every year since then. Honestly, if there’s ever a second big screen venture for The Simpsons. I wish they would do something tied to Treehouse of Horror. That would be a lot of fun.

Anyway, go ahead and get into the Halloween spirit with the The Simpsons Treehouse of Horror collection on Disney+ right now. And if you haven’t already, make sure you select the option that displays the older episodes in the original 4:3 aspect ratio instead of the remastered 16:9 aspect ratio. Otherwise you might lose some visual gags.

Xochitl Gomez has joined Benedict Cumberbatch in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.

The cast of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is growing as production looms. Xochitl Gomez has joined Benedict Cumberbatch in the upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe sequel, which serves as a huge role for the rising star. Gomez's role has not been specified as of yet but the nature of the follow-up to 2016's Doctor Strange has been kept largely secretive up to this point. Undoubtedly, that won't be changing anytime soon.

According to a new report, Xochitl Gomez has signed on for Doctor Strange 2. It is unclear how big her role will be, or if she will be teaming up with Stephen Strange. There is also a chance she could be an antagonist. Whatever the cast, it's a huge get for Gomez, who recently had a breakout role in Netflix's The Baby-Sitters Club. Some of her other credits include Roped and Shadow Wolves. Regardless of the size of her role, this will be the biggest project to date on Gomez's resume. Given that it is within the MCU, it opens the door for future appearances in other projects as well.

Plot details remain firmly under wraps for the sequel. It is expected that Benedict Wong will reprise his role as Wong, with Chiwetel Ejiofor returning as Mordo. Elizabeth Olsen will be reprising her role as Scarlet Witch as well. Sam Raimi (The Evil Dead, Spider-Man) will be in the director's chair. Originally, Scott Derrickson who directed the first movie, was on board to return. However, he and the studio parted ways over creative differences but he will remain on board as an executive producer. There is no bad blood as Derrickson has said he would return to work with Marvel on another project in the future, provided the opportunity.

Before Derrickson departed, he described it as the first "scary" Marvel movie. Whether or not that will be maintained with Raimi at the helm remains to be seen. We do know that the movie will connect to WandaVision, which is set to debut on Disney+ later this year. It will be the first entry in the new live-action MCU shows that will be more tied to the movies. Additionally, we recently learned that Benedict Cumberbatch is also set to return in Spider-Man 3 alongside Tom Holland's Peter Parker. That could help set up the exploration of Marvel's multiverse before Cumberbatch suits up for his long-awaited sequel.

Doctor Strange was a pretty big success for a movie based on a character that wasn't all that popular in the mainstream, earning $677 million at the global box office. The character has since appeared in Thor: Ragnarok, Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame. Other Phase 4 movies coming down the pipeline in the MCU include Black Widow, Eternals, Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings and Thor: Love and Thunder. Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is currently set to hit theaters on March 25, 2022. We'll be sure to keep you posted as further updates are made available. This news comes from

Jon Favreau and Robert Downey Jr. ended up making comic book movie history with 2008's Iron Man.

Robert Downey Jr. has revealed that he was blinded by the original 2008 Iron Man helmet. The actor and director Jon Favreau had no idea that they were about to make comic book movie history and launch the Marvel Cinematic Universe when they were making it. The whole thing came as a complete surprise and helped Marvel Studios boss Kevin Feige achieve his goal of bringing more characters from the page to the big screen.

While Iron Man proved to be a major success, it was a bit difficult on the set at times for Robert Downey Jr. In a new interview with David Letterman. He discussed some of those difficulties that were fixed in later installments. Leading up to last year's Avengers: Endgame, which is currently the highest grossing movie of all time. Downey Jr. had this to say about the original Iron Man helmet.

Quote:"Initially, everything was really there. They wanted to spend as little as they could on CG replacement, so I remember this helmet went on, and there'd be a shot, and I'd be in this whole suit, and they'd say: 'All right, Robert, it's like you landed on the roof, so when we say action, just go like that, like you just landed, and then start moving forward.' So I put this helmet on, and it slammed closed, and I couldn't see anything, and then these LED lights went on and it was like The Manchurian Candidate... I was absolutely blinded."

As it turns out, a lot more of the Iron Man helmet in the MCU was done with CGI. "By the time we were doing the last Avengers. They'd just be like, 'Hey, Robert, would you mind putting on-' 'Helmet?! No! Yes, no. Put two dots here, and then you can paint it in later.'" Whatever the case may be, it certainly worked out well for the actor and his performance. Along with all of the rest of the characters who had to work with their own motion capture dots.

Josh Brolin's Thanos is a CGI creation, as he looked far from menacing on the set of Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame as he walked around in a motion capture suit. The same can be said for Mark Ruffalo's Hulk. However, the special effects in the movies have been praised by many in the industry for being groundbreaking. While Brolin and Ruffalo had to get all of those movements down. The special effects do not take away from their performances.

Robert Downey Jr.'s Tony Stark did not make it out of Avengers: Endgame alive. It was a heartbreaking moment for longtime MCU and comic book fans, even though they mostly knew that the actor was done with the character. Downey Jr. and Chris Evans decided to leave the party before they were asked, which leaves the future of those characters wide open. With that being said, it seems like some of the hardships behind-the-scenes were all worth it in the end. You can check out a clip of the new interview with Robert Downey Jr. above. Warner Bros. delayed Dune nearly a full year but. If movie theaters are still around, it's a gamble that may pay off big.

For much of 2020, despite all that has happened to the movie business, cinephiles had their eyes on Dune. Director Denis Villeneuve is rebooting Frank Herbert's classic sci-fi novel for the big screen as a big-budget potential franchise for Warner Bros. Unfortunately, the studio had to delay the highly-anticipated movie nearly a year recently but, according to at least one box office analyst, that was a good move. Assuming the infrastructure is in place to get it there, he believes the studio has a possible $1 billion hit on their hands.

Comscore Senior Media Analyst Paul Dergarabedian recently weighed in on the matter. Comscore is the industry standard when it comes to box office reporting. So Dergarabedian knows a thing or two in this arena, to say the least. During a recent interview, he revealed that Dune could have the same level of global appeal in the theatrical marketplace as a James Bond movie. Here's what he had to say about it.

Quote:"Interest is off the charts. This is a movie with the global potential of $1 billion. I can see this becoming that kind of film with worldwide appeal in the vein of James Bond."
Dune has a crazy amount of things going for it on paper. It is adapting a truly beloved work of fiction that has a wealth of material to mine for franchise purposes. It has a ridiculously stacked A-list cast that includes Timothee Chalamet, Oscar Isaac, Josh Brolin, Jason Momoa, Rebecca Ferguson, Zendaya and Javier Bardem. Denis Villeneuve, one of the most respected filmmakers working today, is at the helm. It's got giant sandworms. It's seemingly all there. Paul Dergarabedian feels that delaying a movie like this doesn't show a lack of confidence by Warner Bros. It's precisely the opposite.

Quote:"This is a huge brand with a major filmmaker backed by a very filmmaker-centric studio. Moving release dates doesn't show a lack of confidence in theaters. It's the opposite. It shows that Warner Bros. has confidence both in the long game and in the property as it would rather wait for theaters to return."

This $1 billion prediction makes sense on paper. This could be the next Lord of the Rings in some ways. But, there are some major caveats. To make that kind of money at the box office the global movie business has to be firing on all cylinders. Right now it's operating more like a car somebody found at that junkyard that happened to have the keys and a little bit of gas in it.

The biggest question mark right now is whether or not theaters will even be around in the U.S. and other major markets come time for this movie, and other delayed blockbusters, to hit theaters. AMC is expected to run out of money soon. Regal recently shut its doors again. It's not looking good. But assuming theaters find a way forward, this movie is well-positioned to kickstart a franchise. So Dune is set to hit theaters on October 1, 2021. This news comes to us via Observer.

Fans waiting eagerly for the highly anticipated Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire crossover into Tom Holland’s upcoming ‘Spider-Man 3’ may have to wait a tad longer. Although the internet has already gone into full throttle in anticipating what’s in store in this multi-verse, studio bosses have seemingly applied the breaks on this one.

Sony Studios – who owns the rights to Spider-Man – was asked about the rumours running wild on the cyberspace. Much to fans’ disappointment, “Those rumoured castings are not confirmed,” the studios told ET Canada.

According to recent reports Marvel Studios was reportedly planning an epic climax scene that would have Garfield and Maguire, teaming up with Tom in an action scene unlike any other. Speculations about this crossover have been doing the rounds since it was announced that Jamie Foxx would reprise his villainous role as Electro in the upcoming film.

Besides the big names joining the franchise, it was also reported that Benedict Cumberbatch as the wizard Doctor Strange, will play mentor to Peter Parker in the upcoming film.

Spider-Man 3’ which was originally planned for a July 2021 release, has now been pushed to December 2021. It remains to be seen if the delays in production will force the makers to further postpone the shoot.
