Ben Affleck's The Way Back arrives on digital next week
Just two weeks after hitting theaters, Ben Affleck's new drama The Way Back will be available on digital next week.
The Way Back will be available to own on electronic-sell-through on digital starting Tuesday, March 24.
The movie will be priced at $19.99, arriving the same day as another recent Warner Bros. movie, Birds of Prey will arrive.
The movie opened to rave reviews from critics, with an 83% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, but it wasn't a big box office hit.

The Way Back debuted with a lackluster $8.1 million when it hit theaters on March 6, in third place behind Onward and The Invisible Man.
This past weekend, it suffered a 71.2% drop to seventh place, earning just $14.5 million worldwide.
Last weekend was the worst box office tally in 22 years, due to several theaters nationwide closing due to coronavirus concerns.

'With audiences largely unable to view films in theatrical release under current circumstances, we have decided to provide the alternative of early digital ownership of our currently released titles to people looking for great entertainment options,' said Toby Emmerich
So, while we remain big fans of the theatrical experience and hope audiences can return to cinemas soon, we understand that these are challenging times and offering this option simply makes sense.
The Way Back centers on Jack Cunningham (Ben Affleck), who was a high school basketball phenom who suddenly walked away from the game.

Years later he returns to his alma mater to accept a coaching position that may be his last shot at redemption.
Affleck stars alongside Janina Gavankar, Al Madrigal and Michaela Watkins, with Gavin O'Connor directing from a script by Brad Ingelsby
The Way Back joins several other movies that recently hit theaters which will be available on digital formats following theater shutdowns.

Universal is releasing The Invisible Man, The Hunt, and Emma for a 48-hour rental starting Friday, March 20.
Sony Pictures will be releasing Vin Diesel's Bloodshot on digital March 24, with Lionsgate's I Still Believe arriving on March 27.
